Rockstar verified them in an announcement for the new High Life DLC.

The High Life DLC was rolled out last week. The Heists DLC is also expected to roll out soon, but there is no official date yet for it at this time.
The High Life update includes new high-end apartments for players to rent and it allows multi-property ownership. It also comes with a good amount of new weapons and vehicles.
'This automatic update to GTA Online adds five new options to the Los Santos real estate market at prime locations like Eclipse Towers, Richards Majestic and others, all featuring the latest new interior design,' said Rockstar regarding the pack. 'With multi-property ownership, you'll also now be able to own two distinct properties simultaneously.'
